He graduated from Carmichael College with Honors in History in 2005 and Masters in 2007. She got married and became a mother during her student life. He has this journey with his family and children. In 2006, his journey in primary education began by joining Balimari Bazar Government Primary School as an assistant teacher. In the recruitment of 2013, he again passed and was appointed as the head teacher.
He was selected as the best teacher of the upazila in 2015. In 2018, his school was selected as the best school in the upazila. 2019 AD was selected as the best teacher of the upazila. In 2022 he was selected as the best teacher in upazila and district. In 2019, he was transferred to Dhulauri Government Primary School and is working till now. The school was established in 1973 AD. In the 50 year history of Primary Scholarship Examination 2022 AD, 2 students from Dhulauri Primary School got scholarship in talent pool and 2 students got scholarship in general grade. Moreover, after the head teacher came to the school, 6 students became champions at the upazila level in the inter-primary school sports and cultural competition in the year 2022. In 2023, 7 students became upazila champions and 2 students became district champions. The local people expressed their satisfaction with the progress of the students in the school's reading and writing standards, discipline, sports and culture after the arrival of the current headmaster. The head teacher's innovation in teaching is especially appreciated by the parents. তিনি কারমাইকেল কলেজ থেকে ২০০৫ খ্রিঃ তে ইতিহাস বিষয়ে অনার্স এবং ২০০৭ খ্রিস্টাব্দে মাস্টার্স ডিগ্রি সম্পন্ন করেন। স্টুডেন্ট লাইফেই তিনি বিয়ে করেন এবং মা হন। সংসার সন্তান নিয়েই তার এই পথচলা। ২০০৬ খ্রিস্টাব্দে সহকারী শিক্ষক হিসেবে বালিয়ামারী বাজার সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে যোগদানের মাধ্যমে তার প্রাথমিক শিক্ষাঙ্গনে শুরু হয় পথচলা। ২০১৩ খ্রিস্টাব্দের নিয়োগে আবারও তিনি উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে প্রধান শিক্ষক হিসেবে নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত হন।
২০১৫ খ্রিস্টাব্দে উপজেলার শ্রেষ্ঠ শিক্ষক হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হন। ২০১৮ খ্রিঃ এ তার বিদ্যালয় উপজেলার শ্রেষ্ঠ বিদ্যালয় হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হয়। ২০১৯ খ্রিঃ উপজেলার শ্রেষ্ঠ শিক্ষক হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হন। ২০২২ খ্রিস্টাব্দে উপজেলা এবং জেলা শ্রেষ্ঠ শিক্ষক হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হন। ২০১৯ খ্রিস্টাব্দে ধুলাউড়ি সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে বদলি হয়ে আসেন এবং এখন পর্যন্ত কর্মরত আছেন। বিদ্যালয়টি ১৯৭৩ খ্রিস্টাব্দে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। ৫০ বছরের ইতিহাসে ২০২২ খ্রিস্টাব্দের প্রাথমিক বৃত্তি পরীক্ষায় ধুলাউড়ি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় থেকে ২ জন শিক্ষার্থী ট্যালেন্টপুলে এবং ২জন শিক্ষার্থী সাধারণ গ্রেডে বৃত্তি পেয়েছে। তাছাড়া প্রধান শিক্ষক বিদ্যালয়ে আসার পর ২০২২ খ্রিস্টাব্দে আন্তঃ প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় ক্রীড়া ও সাংস্কৃতিক প্রতিযোগীতায় ৬ জন শিক্ষার্থী উপজেলা পর্যায়ে চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয়। ২০২৩ খ্রিস্টাব্দে ৭ জন শিক্ষার্থী উপজেলা চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয় এবং ২জন শিক্ষার্থী জেলা চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয়। স্থানীয় জনগণ বর্তমান প্রধান শিক্ষক আসার পর বিদ্যালয়ের লেখা -পড়ার মান,শৃঙ্খলা, ক্রীড়া ও সংস্কৃতিতে শিক্ষার্থীদের এগিয়ে যাওয়াতে বিশেষ ভাবে সন্তোষ প্রকাশ করেন। পাঠদানে প্রধান শিক্ষকের ইনোভেশন অভিভাবকদের কাছে বিশেষ ভাবে প্রশংসনীয়। এছাড়াও তিনি বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গনকে তিনি সাজিয়েছেন বিশেষ ভাবে -- এখান থেকে যেন শিক্ষার্থীরা দেশাত্মবোধ,মুক্তি যুদ্ধের চেতনা, মানবীয় গুনে যেন নিজেদের গুণান্বিত করতে পারে।এখানে রয়েছে মুক্তি যুদ্ধ কর্নার, বঙ্গবন্ধু কর্ণার, শেখ রাসেল কর্ণার, রিডিং কর্নার,মানবতার দেয়াল, সততা স্টোর, কল্পনার কর্ণার, হাইজিন কর্ণার, অব্যক্ত যন্ত্রণা প্রকাশের ও সমাধানের জন্য বিশেষ উদ্যোগ।
